Ferocity is a 4 week movement and meditation journey created to strengthen your connection with your Primal Feminine Essence.

Opening Ceremony- Class will open with a ceremonial workshop for you to create your intention for this series. As you are guided to begin your movement journey, you will be allowed the space to learn to listen to your body and intuition while in motion. Halfway through, the class will transition to the floor for a Yoga Nidra meditation curated to solidify your intention into your subconscious.

Cheetah Flow- Themed around embodying the grace, strength, and resilience of the Cheetah Totem, each element inspires its own separate "sprint" which will incorporate power flow with bursts of cardio and HIIT followed by very short periods of rest. The flow will end in a savasana meditation that ties all three elements- grace, strength, and resilience, together.

Warrior Flow- In this class, you will explore movement exercised with an intention to ground your physical body into the primal essence we are connecting with throughout this series. It will invite you to embody expressive movement with an emphasis on cultivating strength, flexibility, and fluidity of movement. 

BUTI Glow- We are closing out with a BANG! Imagine glow in the dark tribal paint, blacklights, and a fun but powerful BUTI Yoga flow. We will celebrate the hard work we put in together, the downloads we receive, and the growth we experience as a community.
