During this workshop we will dive deep into  the 4th Chakra, or Heart Chakra. Anahata is Sanskrit for "unbeaten" and is located at the lower center of the chest. 

The Anahata or Heart Chakra moves love through your life.

It is the center of your deep bonds with other beings, your sense of caring and compassion, your feelings of self-love, generosity, kindness, and respect.

Anahata integrating and unifying bringing to wholeness. It is your healing center. Most spiritual traditions recognize love as the ultimate healing force.

The energy of Anahata chakra allows us to recognize that we are part of something larger, that we are interconnected within an intricate web of relationships extending through life and the universe.

Let's learn how to not only be kind and livr others but also ourselves! 

Everyone will receive a crystal used for Heart Chakra healing along with a handout. 

There will also be tea that is made with specific herbs from Roots of The Sun specifically for the Anahata Chakra.

*This is not a moving Yoga class , we will be chanting, using mantras and mudras, as well as affirmations. Ending with a guided meditation.*
